B2 Industrial Laminator
The Komfi® Amiga 52 features an automatic, specially designed Komfi top feed head and can be ordered with either burst separation only or a combination of hot knife and burst separation. Sheet-overlap control, nip pressure activation, and sheet separation are also automated. A de-curling bar ensures each laminated piece performs as intended.
The Laminating System that Can Do It All
Amiga 52 by Komfi is a laminating system that can handle any type of project, from digital to offset, from single to double-sided. It offers high-quality lamination, easy operation, and low maintenance.
Description
It has a modular design that allows it to adapt to different situations and needs. It features an electronically controlled gate that ensures accurate and stable sheet overlap at any production speed, a graphical touch screen for easy multi-language operation, and user presets that enable fast setup and recall of machine settings.
The Amiga 52 also monitors the whole process continuously, checking the feeding, temperature, air pressure, sheet separation, and more. It has an IR heated and PID controlled laminating cylinder, a rubber coated pressure roll, an automatic sheet separation using built-in perforator, a combined decurling unit, a speed adjustable separating roller, and an electronically controlled snapping unit.
The Amiga 52 can laminate with various types of film, such as OPP, PET, and Nylon, with thickness ranging from 24 to 45 microns. It can also perform windows lamination and in-line cooperation with digital printing machines. The Amiga 52 is designed and manufactured in the Czech Republic and offers professional quality lamination for any project.
