Delivery and Shipping Details
Straight from our warehouse to you!
Orders before 12:30pm (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, we do not deliver over the weekend) will be dispatched for next-day delivery by our dedicated delivery team. The delivery may take an extra day if we dispatch via a third-party courier.
Orders placed after 4pm or at weekends or Holidays will require a further 24 to 48 hours. Please note some larger items and furniture will require slighter, longer delivery times. We’ll inform you immediately when we receive your order.

Supplying us with your Eire Code at checkout will help our logistics team get your goods quickly and promptly. Every little thing helps!
Shipping & Packing Charges
Orders over €120.00 ex vat are delivered free of charge
For orders under €120.00 ex vat, a small charge of €10.00 ex vat applies.
Exceptions apply for some large & bulky items. Please call us on +353 1 460 2200 with your details and requirements.
We deliver throughout Ireland, and all deliveries must be signed for, so please ensure someone is available; delivery is between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays); we are unable to accommodate specific delivery times; however, when delivering the courier to schools will take into account school closing times. We do NOT deliver to PO boxes.
Got a special delivery request?
If you have specific requirements on delivery, please advise us along with a contact number at checkout. This will enable our courier and/or customer service department to contact you directly before delivery. We deliver between 8am and 5:30 pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Returns and Refunds
DBC Group has a no-quibble returns policy for office supplies products. Simply email us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, and a free collection will be arranged. You will receive a 100% credit within 30 days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Exclusions apply on Furniture items, office machines not returned in original packaging and all food and beverage products (due to health and safety regulations).
If any item delivered to you is faulty or broken, please email us within 48 hours, and we will arrange to collect the item. A replacement will be sent to you the following day (where possible) and at no extra cost. Or alternatively, we will offer a full refund.
- Returned items must be unused and in the original unmarked packaging.
- Health and safety regulations dictate that we cannot accept returns of any food or beverage goods.
- If an item is missing from your order, please check your delivery note to see if it is on backorder. Your missing item will be delivered free of charge as soon as stock becomes available.
- If the item is not noted as being on backorder, please get in touch with our customer services team.
- All shortages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
DBC Group is committed to meeting the requirements of the European Union (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations 2014. These Regulations require electrical and electronic equipment producers to finance the takeback of WEEE resulting from products we place on the Irish market. This helps us to ensure that WEEE is reused or recycled safely. In line with that commitment, we will take back WEEE from you. Please contact us for details.
