Description
The TC-5500SM Binding Machine is ideal for perfect binding of offset stocks,coated stocks, and digitally printed books and pads. The machine uses an extra heavy milling device ensuring a high level of glue contact to all sheets, applying secure binding to a wide range of digitally coated stocks. It also includes a separate side gluing pot with rotary side glue applicators, a feature that makes the bind extra secure and normally only available on more expensive perfect binding machines. Never has an adhesive binder been able to create books of such quality with automatic set up at such an affordable price. It has set the bar high for all perfect binders to follow.
Complete with side glue applicators, padding function, milling device and pneumatic clamp to make binding simple, easy, quick and clean. Controlled by an LED digital monitor, simply push the Start & Go button to run the binding process, no specially skilled operator is necessary.
